Christiana Hall is a seasoned yogi with over 500 hours of training in hatha, vinyasa, yin, and rocket yoga. Introduced to yoga as a dancer, she quickly realized it was more than just a physical practice; it was a way of moving through life with greater intention, joy, and balance. This transformative path led her to pursue a Masters in the Psychology of Well-being, integrating her deep understanding of yoga with research-backed techniques to enhance overall well-being.

In her classes, Christiana creates a nurturing space where students can explore the mind-body-breath connection. She combines breathwork, conscious movement, and various forms of energy healing, guiding her students with enthusiasm and compassion. Whether leading dynamic vinyasa flows or soothing yin practices, Christiana’s dedication shines through, offering students not just physical benefits but also inner peace and connection. As a teacher, her goal is to empower her students to grow and develop on their unique paths, finding balance and joy in their practice and beyond.
